T.Astrauskas becomes the CEO of Urban Inventors

Tomas Astrauskas, who has accrued international experience in various international construction and project management companies, has been confirmed as the SBA Group real estate company Urban Inventors CEO.


T. Astrauskas holds education in construction management and has accrued 17 years of international experience in the construction sphere, implemented several various projects in Lithuania, Scandinavia, the UK, Germany, Spain, France and other countries. In recent years, he lived in Spain, where he worked as the deputy CEO for Europe at the international firm HBG-Corp. He was responsible for the organisation’s development strategy in Europe and the United States of America. Before this, T. Astrauskas was the head of the innovative façade company Staticus for five years, was the board chairman of its secondary companies in Sweden and Norway. Before then, he worked for eight years as this company’s head of sales.

This year, Urban Inventors plans to invest almost 40 million euro in real estate projects – a fifth more than last year. Beyond the investment in commercial real estate, the company will be entering the housing market and will develop an exclusive residential quarter on the left bank of Nemunas river in Kaunas, close to the planned M. K. Čiurlionis concert centre.


Urban Inventors also owns the recently completed BLC2 business centre, which was founded right in Kaunas’ city centre, next to Vienybės Square, which is being renewed by the SBA group and which has earned international recognition. In Vilnius, Urban Inventors manages the three business centre valley Green Hall on the shore of Neris river. The company is also developing the SBA Technology and Innovation Park next to Klaipėda.
