An average of 25 thousand tables of different types are produced at the company per month. Furthermore, racks, shelves, and chest of drawers for exporting are produced. The company also produces kitchen furniture for the retail chain SBA Idėjos Namams. For furniture production, MDP, MDF and MPP board covered with natural beech, birch, oak, ash-tree, etc. veneer is used. Constantly investing in the latest technology, in 2003 AB Šilutės Baldai started to develop hollow furniture production on the basis of the “honey comb” furniture production technology. In 2001, the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists recognised furniture Delta as the best product of the year, and in 2002 announced Šilutės Baldai the winner of the Most Successful Company contest. In the same year, the Republic of Lithuania Ministry of the Economy and Quality Council awarded the company the National Quality Prize. In 1998, the company started to work in accordance with the international requirements of ISO 9001, and in 2001, it implemented an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements. All production activity of the company is based on the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in order to control the entire production process.
