Concern SBA is a strategic investor that manages one of the largest business groups in Lithuania. It comprises 26 companies operating in Lithuania and abroad. Main activities of SBA include furniture and light industrial production as well as retailing in furniture and apparel. SBA also carries out real estate and oil product businesses. SBA controls some of the advanced Lithuanian companies such as AB Utenos Trikotažas and AB Klaipėdos Baldai.

Over 90 per cent of SBA group companies’ products are exported to nearly 40 countries: EU, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Japan, Australia, etc.

SBA is the abbreviation of the Latin expression Scitus Bonus Animus, meaning Intelligent Good Spirit. This name reflects the strivings of the concern and the basis on which its operations and ideas are grounded.
